When we meet a client, we will provide an initial assessment and agree a rehabilitation plan with interventions focused on the needs of the client and with clear, achievable milestones. Our approach ensures we can create realistic expectations and manage a steady improvement in quality of life and a structured return to independence and full function. Rehabilitation plans are written with clear goals and objectives. These include anticipated timescales, costs and expected outcomes. Once our report has been approved and we have confirmation to proceed, we will work closely with the client to implement the recommendations.
Integrity: As a rehabilitation provider, we have a primary clinical responsibility to our patient; this underpins everything we do. As a company, we apply the same level of integrity to our customers, and internally within our teams. Our integrity is built on trust, transparency and fairness.
Respect: We demonstrate respect to our patients, our customers, our colleagues and to ourselves. We will not be judgmental or prejudiced in our behaviour and we will respect different attitudes and beliefs. We are proud to value diversity and work with empathy and diligence to try and achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
Quality: We know that the best outcomes are only achieved with the highest quality inputs. We strive to achieve excellence in everything we do. Chance does not deliver quality. We utilise clinical supervision, discussion, peer review and customer feedback to review our services. This meticulous attention to detail safeguards our client care.
Innovation: We believe that everything has the potential to be done better. We embrace modern developments in healthcare and are prepared to do things differently if they work. We are comfortable to ask why something is done in a certain way even if it has been done in that way for a long time.
